Robert N. Fireman – Chairman, CEO, and Co-Founder

As a practicing Attorney, Mr. Fireman has assisted clients in the development of new businesses across a variety of industries. As an entrepreneur, Mr. Fireman was the founder of Consumer Card Marketing, the pioneer of card based, stored value, loyalty and gift programs--a business that Mr. Fireman sold to the News Corporation in early 2000. As CEO of CCMI, Mr. Fireman became an expert in the use of technology, Internet, and direct and database marketing. Mr. Fireman holds a B.A. from University of Wisconsin and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School.

John A. Brandli, Jr. –President and Co-Founder

As a co-Founder and the first employee of Me4Sure, Mr. Brandli has played a pivotal role in the development of SOLAS and iPICKLE and management of Me4Sure. Before founding Me4Sure Mr. Brandli was the Managing Director of the Business Communication Consulting (BCC) practice of Avaya, Inc. BCC is an internally and externally facing organization focused on deriving maximum business value from communications networks and their applications by aligning business objectives with communications investments. Prior to Avaya, Mr. Brandli served on executive teams for Vista Information Technologies, Inc. and Fulcra Solutions, and Global One Communications. Mr. Brandli completed technical training provided by Siemens, AGect and Global One. Mr. Brandli is a graduate of the Maryland Eastern Shore Criminal Justice College, Police Academy.

George T. Sullivan, Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Sullivan is responsible for vision, innovation and commercialization of technology in the product and solution portfolio of Me4Sure. Mr. Sullivan is a noted expert in distributed/networked systems, application virtualization, convergence, call-centers and communication application development, delivery and management.
Mr. Sullivan joined Me4Sure with an impressive history and record of success with more than 30 years experience with information technology in Fortune 100 companies, various government agencies and entrepreneurial businesses.

Most recently, Mr. Sullivan co-founded Visitar, Inc. where he defined and led the creation of the Software as a Service (SaaS) technology solution fully integrated with telephony functionality. Prior to Visitar, Mr. Sullivan served as Chief Technology Officer for Avaya’s Consulting and Integration Services (CIS) group and later for Avaya Global Managed Services. In his role as the founding CTO for Avaya GMS, George was responsible for the creation of Avaya’s award winning multi-vendor Converged Managed Services platform and its launch as Avaya’s first managed SaaS offering.
Prior to his position with Avaya, Mr. Sullivan held a similar post with VISTA Information Technologies, Inc. Additionally, Mr. Sullivan has served as the Vice President and Director of Citicorp Global Network Architecture. Earlier, Mr. Sullivan served as the Director of Trading Systems Architecture for the National Association of Security Dealers NASD/Nasdaq where he led the development of Nasdaq’s first open systems, TCP/IP based service delivery platform.

Mr. Sullivan graduated from the Naval Academy in 1977 with a degree in electrical engineering and from the Naval Post Graduate School in 1984 with a Masters of Science in Computer Systems EE with honors. He completed PhD course work with specialization in advanced computer communications & VLSI/VHSIC.

Seth Epstein – Director

Seth Epstein has more than 25 years planning the growth and management of technology businesses, including 15+ years in retail loyalty marketing. Mr. Epstein has founded several successful startup companies where he was directly responsible for business planning and venture capital funding. In 1989, Mr. Epstein was one of three founders of Strategics Inc. that developed two successful technology products for drug retailers. In 1996, Mr. Epstein founded TRS Holding, Inc (TRS) that specializes in electronic in-store marketing systems. Currently CEO of TRS, Mr. Epstein directs all product development (from the concept through engineering), manufacturing and marketing and is co-inventor of two TRS patents. Mr. Epstein received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Hartford in 1982.

James V. D’Espinosa –Director Channel Partner Sales

Mr. D’Espinosa has over ten years experience working directly with national and global resellers of computer software, hardware, and services. Mr. D’Espinosa has vast experience and insight into channel sales, as well as, having achieved tremendous growth within channel sales and in building up multiple channel partner relationships. Mr. D’Espinosa served as the Sales Manager for WRQ, Macromedia and Novell within various resellers over the past few years, managing each of those vendor product lines and achieving amazing growth and market share.


Douglas E. Kozlay, President & CEO of Biometric Associates, Inc. (BAI)

Biometric Associates, Inc. (BAI) is a unique developer and integrator of biometric solutions for unifying secure access to computers, networks and facilities. The company specializes in the design and manufacturing of fingerprint identification sub-systems and public key (PKI) implementations. BAI manufactured products include self-authenticating biometric smart cards and wireless (RF) authentication devices which provide strong authentication for a wide range of physical and logical access control applications. Prior to co-founding BAI, Mr. Kozlay founded and was president and principal product development officer at SafeNet, Inc., a leading provider of encryption and virtual private network (VPN) solutions for secure communications. He began his career as a cryptographic engineer at the National Security Agency. He has served as co-chair of important American National Standards Institute (ANSI) sub-committees dealing with digital signatures and other financial institution security standards. Mr. Kozlay holds an Electrical Engineering degree from Union College. Served as an Associate Professor of Robotics and Artificial Intelligence at Loyola University and pursued a Masters in Electrical Engineering at Catholic University.

Ira A Hunt (Maj. Gen., U.S. Army, Retired), Former Chairman of the Board (BAI)

Mr. Hunt is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy, West Point, New York and served 33 years in various command and staff positions in the U.S. Army, retiring from active military service as a major general in 1978. Subsequently, Mr. Hunt was President of Pacific Architects and Engineers in Los Angeles, California and served as Vice President of Frank E. Basil, Inc. in Washington, D.C. He is a director of Airs Industries Group and is a co-founder and Chairman of Biometric Associates, Inc. Mr. Hunt has a Master of Science degree in civil engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology; a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Detroit; a Doctor of the University degree from the University of Grenoble, France; and a Doctor of Business Administration degree from George Washington University.

Richard Rebh – Advisor/Active Investor

Richard Rebh has a business career than spans both the East and West Coasts of the United States. On the West Coast, he spent 15 years in Silicon Valley as Vice President of Marketing at a series of ventures, including: Pyramid Technology (originator of Open Servers, acquired by Siemens), Silicon Graphics (one of the pioneers in development of the Internet), and Web Flow (a company he co-founded and raised $15 million in venture capital around team collaboration over intranets). Mr. Rebh relocated to the East Coast in 1997 to co-found and become CEO of what became the fastest growing in-store marketing company in history, FLOORgraphics, Inc. (FGI), #11 in the 2003 INC 500 and recognized with many other industry awards. Today, Mr. Rebh remains CEO of FGI and contributes on the board of several technology companies. He has deep personal relationship at Microsoft, Google, and other technology companies through classmates and people he has worked with over the years. Mr. Rebh graduated Phi Beta Kappa and with Honors from Princeton University in 1976 and completed his JD and MBA concurrently at Stanford University in 1982.

George Rebh – Advisor/Active Investor

George Rebh is a sales and marketing executive with a particular expertise in recruiting, training and managing direct sales organizations. He is also a noted portrait artist and illustrator. From 1973 to 1995, he operated his own graphics business, largely portraits and line-art illustrations for newspapers. Of particular note, he illustrated the Senate Watergate Hearings for the Washington Post and his op-ed drawings were syndicated to over 200 newspapers across the country. He was the official portrait artist of the President and Vice President for each inaugural committee from 1980 through 1992, and his portrait commissions of noted personalities include Frank Sinatra, Bill Cosby, Bob Hope, Bette Midler, Coach Joe Gibbs, and leading NASCAR drivers (sold on QVC), among others. From the marketing skills that he learned representing his own artwork, he developed into an accomplished marketing executive, directing sales for upscale resort real estate developments. Mr. Rebh co-founded FGI in 1997 with his brother and recruited and drove the sales team that won numerous industry awards. Today, Mr. Rebh continues as a Director and Executive Vice President of FGI and is advisor on sales and marketing issues to various companies. Mr. Rebh graduated Magna Cum Laude with Highest Honors in Political Science from Williams College in 1973.
